Transitional Kindergarten-Fifth Grade
Packets are available in the office.
Registration hours are 8:30am-1:30pm
*Current Miramar Ranch students in TK - 4th grade are automatically
registered for the 2025-26 school year.
Only new students K - 5th grade need to register.

Kindergarten - 5th Grade
Please complete the following steps:
1. Complete online enrollment form.
2. Home Language Survey Form
3. Proof of Residence
4. Student Information
5. Records Release
6. Intent to Enroll form (Kindergarten and First Grade )
7.Kindergarten Survey (Kindergarten students only)
**TK and Kindergarten ONLY - Additional Required Completed Forms
Oral Health Assessment Form - Completed by dentist or dental office personnel
Report of Medical Examination for School Entry Form - Completed by doctor or health professional.
Required Documents for ALL new students
1. Proof of residence - SDUSD accepts the following - utility bill, rental/lease agreement, mortgage bill, military housing papers. Documents must be current and have one parent/guardian name listed.
2. Birth Certificate or Passport
3. Vaccination records with all immunizations current.

TK (Transitional Kindergarten): For students turning 4 by September 2nd
Kindergarten: For students turning 5 before September 2nd
First Grade: For students turning 6 before September 2nd
Second Grade: For students turning 7 before September 2nd
Third Grade: For students turning 8 before September 2nd
Fourth Grade: For students turning 9 before September 2nd
Fifth Grade: For students turning 10 before September 2nd
