Job Description: Oversees the administration of the Art Corps program at our school. Insures Art Corps philosophy is incorporated into all aspects of the program. Organizes and attends Art Corps Meetings. Serves as spokesperson for the group. Insures handouts are up to date and approved. Monitors program's progress through the year. Coordinates orientation and family art nights. Monitors program budget and finances. Coordinates with Art Corps Directors for year-end evaluation and future planning.

Job Description: Insures that the volunteer experience is a positive and open opportunity for all parents. Distributes recruitment letters. Instructs parents on school policy for volunteers. Responsible for all communication with Art Corps Parent Volunteers. Keeps updated volunteer list and distributes materials as need to volunteers and teachers. Prepares, schedules, and posts calendar for all workshops and lessons. Works with School Website Coordinator to keep Art Corps section up to date.

Job Description: Acts as curator of the annual Art Show and supervises the selection of one piece of artwork per child. Coordinates Matting Workshop including all instructions for parent volunteers. Responsible for obtaining and preparing display boards. Coordinates the logistics of the show with school administration. Schedules volunteers for set-up and take-down of Art Show. Insures that EVERY CHILD has a piece of art in the show.
